That he never won a stage at the tour while he was doping but has now won one both before and after that shamefull period should send a strong message to others that you can win clean.<br /><br />His sheer joy at being a pro cyclist is something to behold and if there is anyone reading this that uses Twitter and doesnt follow @millarmind , well you should!Stephennoreply@blogger.com
