Multinational Euskaltel ready for the cobbles

Euskaltel will continue their adventure in the north of Europe this weekend with a Classic double-header in Belgium.

As per the WorldTour regulations, Igor González de Galdeano's team will take part in Friday's E3 Prijs Harelbeke and Sunday's Gent-Wevelgem.

One Russian, one Greek, two Slovenians, three Basques and one from Andalucía will be tasked with putting the team on the map, and those eight are:

Alexandre Serebryakov, Ioannis Tamouridis, Jure Kocjan, Robert Vrecer, Peio Bilbao, Rubén Pérez, Garikoitz Bravo and Juan José Lobato. 

The race will mark Kocjan's return to competition after a virus forced him out of Paris-Nice and has laid him low ever since, while young Peio Bilbao will continue his belated start to the season.
