Landaluze to caugh up

Disgraced former Euskaltel stalwart Iñigo Landaluze has received a hefty fine from the UCI. The former Dauphiné winner tested positive for CERA last year (and admitted to taking the banned substance), and Iñigo will now have to pay the UCI 27.000 euros as per the new anti-doping rules. Doesn't sound unfair to me.
