Sign the Iban Mayo petition!

We all know Iban has got an enormous fan base world wide. Yesterday was another proof of that. Iban's fan club is giving every human being on earth the possibility to sign the "Justice for Iban Mayo" petition, which will be sent to the UCI. I've signed it myself, and I urge all you Iban fans or sympathizers to follow suit. The petition reads: "Sign this petition to protest against the way professional cyclists are treated. I do like cycling and enjoy it immensely so I beg Vuelta, giro Tour and particularly UCI to be consequent with their interests and not to prosecute cyclists as if they were criminals. Such treatment has been inflicted to many cyclist among whom we may mention Iban Mayo. He has demonstrated that he is innocent in several realized analysis and still the UCI wants to condemn him, it is not understandable and not even legal. We don't want any more doping cases but we neither want to see innocent riders incriminated by the media and their own sport organisation. We want to protect and defend this sport not to destroy it. Yours sincerely." It's a tremendous initiative, so do your bit and sign if you agree. Click: http://www.petitiononline.com/IMayo/petition.html

I wondered about that as well. I think it's some kind of zip code in Spain, but I just wrote Norway, and there are a lot of people who've written France for example...

DNI is the National Identification Number. Here in Spain everyone has an ID card with a Unique number. That is what the DNI is.

BTW, if you don't put a REAL DNI they might not be able to officially count your vote.

doesn,t matter as long as we all register....

don't worry about DNI or passport number.Official petitions in Spain required the signaures's DNI(ID) to be validated by official government organization. this is originally a petititon for UCi so it is not necessary. Some idiot in a Spanish forum said this was a wothless stupidity so the guy who created it added the DNI ..... Still, it may be a good idea to keep signing and to write messages in the forums where you are active to try to get as many people as possible. Uci , and I know what I am talking about, care about public image and if the hint public opinion may turn against them in countries other than Spain,Italy and France they may change their attitude.....
KEEP SIGNING and perhpas we will finally see the rebirth of the best sport in the world:CYCLING
