Velasco and Peña once again impressive

Aketza Peña and Iván Velasco once again showed their form is excellent ahead of the Giro d`Italia. Iván and Aketza both came in with a rather thin leading group on today`s quite mountainious stage of the Giro del Trentino. Iván came in a very respectable 11th, ahead of quality riders like Michele Scarponi, José Serpa and Vincenzo Nibali, while Aketza was 25th. Overall, Iván is 22nd, 2:44 down, while Aketza is 34th, 12:20 back. Here`s how the Euskaltel riders placed today:
