Basque batch called up to represent Spain

Five Basques have been selected by national team coach Pascual Momparler to ride the sub-23 Vuelta a la Comunidad de Madrid this weekend.

So reports the Spanish Cycling Federation on Tuesday.

The riders in question are Euskadi trio Haritz Orbe, Mikel Iturria and Mikel Aristi, Gipuzkoa-Eki Sport duo Ibai Daboz and Beñat Txoperena. Complementing the squad are Euskadi's Carlos Barbero, hailing from Burgos in Castilla y León, and Rodrigo Araque from the same region.

Basque Cycling News recently interviewed Iturria - read the interview here.

This design is steller! You most certainly know how to keep a reader amused.

Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost...HaHa!) Great job.
I really enjoyed what you had to say, and more than that, how you
presented it. Too cool!
